The dress can be worn with or without the belt. THe texture detailing on it is truly amazing and perfect right down to the crystal clear ribbing of the cotton fabric. The dress comes in 14 solid colors and 8 multi-tone combination colors. The belt can be changed between 4 colors and 3 metal choices.
