Limited Addiction has a really adorable and fun new release at the Cosmopolitan Event. I absolutely love this dress. It really plays on the sweet and innocent and of course adorable aspects of fashion. The dress has a low plunge neckline that is adorned with a bow. The ruffled puff sleeves are super cute as well right down to the ruffled hem and the well placed lacing that runs up both sides of this dress. The unique thing I really enjoyed about this one was the separate sleeve ends that work almost like ruffled bracelets and make this outfit really fun. The Dress colors in 8 different areas between 25 solid colors
